feelin my age

I'll be 65 come Valentines day..I spent half of my life abusing my body and mind with drugs and alcohol( it was the 60's)...when I turned 40 I stopped the abuse and through the grace of God I'm still here.
But the physical effects of my unconsciousness for those years are taking their toll..not really complaining , cause and effect and all that..life is such a joy, and I cherish every day ,just some days I hurt more than others...this is one of those days...
